m_muonAssociationName is ignored in the SoftMuonTagger

While performing cross checks for the new track association, I found that the soft muon tagger ignores the muon collection name that you give it and instead expects a collection called "Muons" to be attached to the BTagging object.

I will fix this particular bug, but I can't help but notice that there are many, many blocks of code similarly commented in that file. Could cristinz and ggilles put me in touch with someone who knows the technical details of the how the SMT should work so we can clean up the code?
