Qualification Task for Dmitrii Kobylianskii (Weizmann)

dkobylia (Weizmann) will work on the MC-to-MC in rel22. He will deliver the baseline MC-to-MC efficiency maps in rel22 for the recommended taggers (both VR and PFlow) and help with implementing new features on request. Several foreseen new features include the application of the new HF fraction reweighting tool and the smoothing of the MC-to-MC SFs. This is general SW supporting work ans will be carried out in SW/Algo sub-groups. The software development will be documented in git.

If time allows, he would also investigate the possibility of constructing a soft electron tagger using the GNN approach. This part of the work will be carried out in the Algo sub-group. The work will be documented in an internal note if substantial progress is made.
