Qualification Task for Nathalie (Weizmann)

nsoybelm (Weizmann) will contribute to the mainstream light jet calibration using Z + jets events. The primary deliverable of this QT is to carry out rel22 Run 2 calibration results and possibly early Run 3 calibrations or data/MC checks (if the schedule allows). This work will be done in the Cali sub-group.

She will also work on designing of a new flip tagger. This is an R&D topic. The goal is investigate whether there is a better way to construct a new tagger that can improve the calibration as currently the flip to nominal extrapolation uncertainty is significant. This will be mainly carried out in the Algo sub-group.

The calibration work will be documented in an internal note and the corresponding SW will be kept in git. If the new flip tagger becomes mature and can be used in the calibration, this work will be documented in the same note. She will report in both Cali and Algo meeting regularly.
