Add V0finder to FTAG1

Hi,

I created this jira for better discussion about adding V0finder to the FTAG1 format from BPHY10 as requested by wleinone. The motivation is to add a V0Container for a charm-tagger training.

The current progress is in this MR. V0finder is added to FTAG1 (CA version only)

Just a reminder about derivation request if this MR is accepted: we need to add the following preExec.

"from AthenaConfiguration.AllConfigFlags import ConfigFlags; ConfigFlags.BTagging.AddV0Finder=True;"
