      Description

It would be fairly convenient if the `gfal-copy` CLI was "user-friendly" for these sorts of inputs:

      • -: Automatically sets {{file:///dev/stdout} as the destination and enables overwrites.
      • /some/path: Automatically prefixes things with file://
      • /dev/null: Automatically enables overwrites.

I would prefer the CLI to be accepting of user mistakes while the python API not be forgiving.

Additionally, for "protocol not supported" errors, please say which URL is being rejected. I spent an embarrassing amount of time debugging why the source was throwing an error - when really the destination was an invalid URL.

      Thanks!
