Description
since https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/FTS-1418, given that the source url is filled now with the activity share, the check to compare source and destination urls fails..so the check to for running the stage only jobs fails.
As simple solution we should add the activity share also to the destination url in case of stage only transfers
otherwise avoid to put the activity share in the url at submission time and fill it server side when creating the fts_url_copy. going for the first solution now
