Error when fetching status of non existent job_id

      [Mihai]: This actually affected the python2 clients: fts-rest-cli-3.10.0.el7.noarch.rpm

      Description

      Steps:
      1. Try to fetch the statuses of a list containing job_ids that do not exist.

      job_statuses = fts3.get_jobs_statuses(self.context, [u'aaaaaaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeeeeeeeeeee'])
      

      2. Notice error:

      Traceback (most recent call last):
      ....
          job_statuses = fts3.get_jobs_statuses(self.context, job_ids)
