Optimize database schema

    Description

      Depending on the results from FTS-596, optimize the database schema.
      Just some ideas that have been discussed briefly:

      1) Change file state and job state to an enum
      2) Use a hash index instead of a btree for those
      3) Change type of some columns (specially varchars, longtexts)
