JIRA will be migrated to the new infrastructure (and SSO) on November 4 (the original date was September 10) and a downtime of around 8 hours is expected (OTG0079316). Users of the JIRA REST API are highly encouraged to get familiar with the changes affecting the authentication to the API (OTG0079315).
